Theatre (obviously): acting, writing, directing, even sitting in the lighting box if there's nothing else available.
Music: opera (singing, directing and listening), especially Verdi and Wagner, have fond memories of Gilbert and Sullivan,
still can be coaxed back into the arena occasionally to do it again; orchestral music, especially Elgar, Brahms and Vaughan Williams; choral music, especially
Welsh male voice, English church tradition and Russian Orthodox liturgical (can still drift into barbershop if not careful), have recently discovered the joys
of training grass roots choirs; always loved brass and wind bands (in a previous existence I was a decent brass band cornet player, still trying to recapture
it in this life).
Also: Maritime and military history, the Dark Ages, very early recorded sound, scriptwriting, some poetry, cathedral and castle architecture, cooking
straightforward, decent food and enjoying it with small groups of friends and relatives; used to be quite good at photography, help to run a junior football
club.
